who i play~
I've been playing QUINN ALLMAN for almost seven years now. He has always been a favorite of mine and I pair him with practically anyone except Bert.

However, I've recently picked up SPENCER SMITH and I'm enjoying that greatly. I'm a bit finicky as to who I pair him with--I'm a firm Jon/Spencer shipper, so I'll never turn down that line. The only person I'd break that for would be Tom Conrad, but I'm still not sure.

I've had a hankering to do some femme slash, too. I would be playing SOMMER ATA.

storylines~
I've always got random storylines in my head, and this is apparently just an opportunity to write them down. Some of these are written for a Jon/Spencer line, but they can (and will!) be edited to fit Quinn (FFTL boys are a plus!) and Sommer.

*hancock~
*SPOILER ALERT FROM THE MOVIE HANCOCK*
Essentially, the movie itself is about a superhero named Hancock who is a drunkard and attempts to help people, but generally makes situations worse. He ends up saving public relations spokesman, named Ray Embrey, and Ray seems determined to turn Hancock into a 'traditional' superhero. Throughout this process, Ray introduces Hancock to his wife, Mary. Mary seems to dislike Hancock greatly, but later we find out that Mary also has superhuman powers as well. Mary eventually tells him that they have lived for 3,000 years with their powers, having been called gods and angels in their time. She also explains that they are the last of their kind and are meant to be paired. Action things happen and Mary explains that Hancock is technically her husband, explaining that they were built in twos, and that they are drawn to each other over time and great distances. Hancock ends up getting shot trying to stop a liquor store robbery, and shabam! is no longer immortal. Visiting him at the Hospital, Mary explains that when a pair of immortals get close to each other physically, they begin to lose their powers. She also tells him that she and Hancock have been attacked as a couple many times throughout history, most recently being in an alley in Miami 80 years ago. His skull was fractured during the attack, causing amnesia. To save his life at the time, Mary deserted him, allowing him to recover from his injuries.

note: The rest of the movie is pretty damn sad, but our line doesn't have to be all angst. There's so many things we could change, from the superpowers (I'm such a fan of wings) to how they meet. What I want is the basic concept explained (built in twos, can't be around each other without losing their powers, Hancock having amnesia and Mary leaving him, etc). The rest we can play around with! I'd really, really like this line. I don't care so much about who plays who in the Jon/Spencer pairing, but I'd probably prefer Spencer to be Mary.

100% Genuine~
Based off this story here.

Brendon orders a fully-functional, 100% genuine, artificially intelligent, semi-organic, robotic cat boy for Jon in retaliation for Jon ordering him one (Ryan). So when Jon gets Spencer, he's not exactly sure what to do with him.

note: Probably not a very long term sl. This is actually a really interesting idea. The story is pretty fluffy and a quick read, but it could totally be a lot deeper. Spencer's responses could be more drawn out, Jon's reaction could be completely different (eg disgusted, very interested), Spencer could have more 'defects', etc. It's a Jon/Spencer story, but we could always edit it for other characters!

Changeling~
Based off of this story here.

Character A is famous, well know person (occupation up to whoever is playing the character) who suddenly goes missing. Plenty of people are upset, confused as to how one person could vanish mysteriously from their hotel room/house one night. The person's missing case ends up overshadowing reports of people claiming to be transforming from humans to half-human creatures from fantasy. Character B lives in a secluded little town in a heavily wooded area not too far away from Character A's home and somehow was previously connected to Character A. Suddenly, Character B is greeted by Character A showing up at his home, half starved and almost dead. Apparently, the newscasts were real, and the world was in for a massive change.

note: I really don't do the story justice. Another hard line to explain that we could really make our own. Just more proof that I really do love wings.

Calm Mind~
Character A works for a detective agencies with a twist--it contains psychics. Some handle interrogations, some handle mental torture, but Character A deals with negotiations, as well as search and rescue. After a traumatizing event that almost leaves Character A mentally unstable, Character B was brought in. Character B is considered a Calm Mind--a person whose thoughts can't be read, whether natural or force of will. It allows the psychics something to concentrate on to block out thoughts when they can't do so themselves. Can Character B actually help? Will Character A actually let him?

note: I see Spencer being more of a Character A, just because we all know that Jon Walker is the master of zen. Then again, this is AU and Spencer could actually not be a bitch. You never know.

*We Speak in Different Voices~
There are two ways you could go with this one. Or even both!

Option a: Character A has some type of disability (deaf/blind/mute/mental) and Character B slowly has to adjust to being in their life (as a friend, possibly a care taker/translator). This could go bandom or AU.

Option B: Character A has a child with some type of disability (deaf/blind/mute/mental [ie autistic, down syndrome, cerebral palsy]) and Character B is once again involved in their life (a teacher, care taker, translator, doctor). It would require some research if you wanted to play either character.

Like a ghost, you've been haunting this town~
Character A wakes up one morning to find a ghost (Character B) sitting on his dresser. Instead of freaking out completely, he offers the "spectral being" some coffee. Character A's life goes in a downward spiral and really has to consider whether or not he's going crazy. Meanwhile, Character B has his own issues to deal with. A short, rp-week long sl about cause and effect, and the theory in order to live you must save a life.

note: This isn't a long term SL, unless we figure out something after. I don't want to ruin the ending of this line for you ;) Character B would have to be played by me.

The iPod Shuffle~
This is an entire storyline based upon an iPod (or any music player, really) shuffle. We write a scene to each song, alternating which song we chose between the two of us. We form a solid idea for a sl and then let the music take us where ever it may. AU or bandom (preferably AU), it doesn't matter. Never gets old as long as we have new songs :)

Hello there! I've been roleplaying for roughly eight years now and counting. I'm working on EST, being from Massachusetts, but I adjust well to time differences. I work from 1:30PM to 6PM Monday through Friday, so be aware of that. I own my own laptop, so no need to be hesitant to IM me anything, well, detailed and have someone read it. I have mixed feelings about chatting in ooc--partially because I've found that if I don't like you personally, then I won't want to roleplay with you. (I find that's common with people.) But if I love you, then the roleplay is much stronger. Also, more often then not I've found that all that ends up happening is talking/plotting and no actual playing. While I love the friends I've made through roleplay, the reason why I do this is to actually play.

roleplay~
I don't limit myself when I write. That means anything from a paragraph (at least, no one liners for me, thanks) to several. I'm a physical roleplayer, so I really enjoy going into small details and motions as opposed to a lot of inner workings. I don't expect you to write as much as me by any means, but I give a lot to work with so responses shouldn't be that much of a problem. As for content, I go for mature. That means swearing, graphic sex, kink, all of that stuff. I'm starting to shy away from bandom and lean more towards AU, just because I find it a lot interesting and like my characters' names too much to do PB. I'm a slash roleplayer and I'm off of new het lines for good considering after eight years I've yet to find a sane het player that doesn't get pregnant after two months. No offense to the sane het players out there, but you're a dying breed.
